BE REEL is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). Registered in the UK, number 1178589

BE REEL Gambia is registered as a charitable organisation. It is registered in the Gambia, number 2021/C14482

We are a small charity endeavouring to support sustained economic development at the micro, grass roots level in rural communities in Gambia.  Our formal purpose is the prevention or relief of poverty in Gambia by assisting through the provision of education and training, and the necessary support to enable individuals to generate sustainable income and be self-sufficient.

Our Mission

By 2025 to have developed a micro-business vocational training programme and support network that can be transferred from BE REEL UK to local trainers in Gambia and can be rolled out by them through rural Gambia.

Legal

Our trustees ensure the charity is governed in accordance with the requirements of the Charity Commission.  We take this very seriously and believe that we should do so in a transparent manner.  Therefore we have published some of our essential policies.  We regularly review these policies, at least annually.  If you have any queries about these policies then please contact us.
